Thursday Thinkers

THURSDAY THINKERS meets once a month and has special guest speakers on a whole range of topics.
Come along and bring a friend (U3A Maitland non-member) and enjoy the discussion.
 
Term 4 Topics 
DECEMBER 7th   IAN SCANLON….MAITLAND CLASSIC MOTOR ASSOCIATION
Ian is the President of Maitland Classic Motor Association whose members own a variety of cars, trucks, motorcycles and other vehicles. He will talk about the history of the Association and its activities. Some members of the group are away on a trip at the moment so we’ll hear about what they did and where they went. No doubt they had a lot of fun.
 
VENUE…LORN PARK BOWLING CLUB,  Melrose St, LORN
TIME….1.30 pm
 
LUNCH at LORN…..if you would like to join us for lunch on either of the above dates, we meet from 12.15pm at the club’s bistro where a variety of delicious meals are available including $12 lunch specials.

Coffee Club

Occurs the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Enrolled members will be notified of location.

Lunch Club

Lunch club meets on the last Friday of each month.

Due to it’s popularity the Lunch Club is now fully booked and quite a few on the Waiting List for both Terms 3 and 4.
